Acceptable stay with some drawbacks

The breakfast had a wide variety of food, including both western and local options.
The front office staff was not cute. I hardly saw anyone smiling, even managers. The hotel hosted multiple weddings daily. Music and drums continued until 1:30 AM. I was not warned about this noise and lacked sleep.

The hotel featured clean rooms. The staff provided attentive service. The many light settings and two pillow sizes in the bedrooms impressed me. The king-size bed allowed for a restful sleep.

the staff is very nice. they helped with rides and transfers. the breakfast blew my mind, i am gluten free, they made gluten free pancakes and fresh bread every day. everyone were pretty good too ensure i had food choices.
the air conditioning barely worked. i waited 45 minutes for a small snack at the bar. i complained one evening, and i got a call at 6:40 am asking if they could come fix it.

The architecture and the garden were both beautiful. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. I've stayed at many places, and they stand out. The breakfast offered much selection. I really enjoyed it.
My room looked a bit torn and needs some uplift. The size felt small for the money I paid. I expected a bit more space for the price point.

The staff helped arrange a tour guide. I found them knowledgeable and patient. They assisted with my friend's birthday dinner, including cake arrangements. The doorman helped with taxi apps, even speaking to drivers.
